What this site collects

This website is static. It does not run checkout, store orders, or keep an account database. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you send — typically a name, address, and the reason you wrote.

Client area and hosting

Buying a plan, logging in, and managing a site happens at my.dnsuc.com. That environment has its own account, billing, and support records. Use it for data requests about an active hosting account.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may still send standard request logs (IP, user agent, referring URL) to the CDN that serves the pages. We use those logs to keep the site up, not to build marketing profiles.

Third parties

Fonts may load from Google Fonts. The control panel demo and client area are separate services. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep messages

Email and call records are kept only as long as needed to answer you and run the company — typically up to two years, or longer if a legal hold applies.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete a support thread that is no longer needed. Write to cc@dnsuc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
