If DNSUC isn’t right in the first 30 days, you get a full refund. No questions asked.
Who it covers
Spark, Ignite, and Blaze. The 30 days start when the hosting account is provisioned. The guarantee applies to the hosting plan you paid for — not to domain registrations or third-party add-ons billed separately.
How to request it
Open a ticket from the client area or email cc@dnsuc.com from the address on the account. Tell us the account or order reference. We’ll process a full refund of the hosting fee.
What you get back
The amount paid for the hosting plan. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the processor and your bank — usually a few business days after we approve it.
After 30 days
The guarantee ends. Unused time on an annual plan is not refunded after day 30 unless we say otherwise in writing. If we close an account for acceptable-use violations, the guarantee does not apply.
