Terms
Terms of service
These terms cover DNSUC Linux cloud hosting. Buying a plan means you accept them.
Operator. DNSUC, Chennai. cc@dnsuc.com.
The service
We provide Linux cloud hosting on Spark, Ignite, and Blaze. Plans are billed annually. “Unlimited” resources are subject to fair use — the service is for websites, email, and related applications, not file dumping, mirroring, or bulk outbound mail. We may throttle or suspend accounts that degrade the platform for others.
Accounts
You must keep login details safe and give us accurate billing contact information. You are responsible for content on the account, including sites you install with one-click apps. Checkout and account management happen in the client area, not on this marketing site.
Acceptable use
No malware, phishing, unsolicited bulk email, or material that is illegal in India. No attempts to probe or disrupt the platform. We may suspend service immediately if an account is used to attack others or is itself compromised.
Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime. That is a service goal, not a guarantee of 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our control are excluded.
Backups
Spark and Ignite include manual backups in the control panel. Blaze includes automatic daily backups with 1-click restore. You should still keep your own copy of critical data. Backups are a safeguard, not a substitute for version control.
Refunds
Hosting is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. See that page for the full rule.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below is the latest version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
